Freediving trainer - train your lung capacity
When freediving, the longer you can hold your breath, the longer can you stay under water.
Freediving trainer helps you to train your lung capacity, so that you are able to hold your breath for a longer period of time.
While timing your hold time, and counting down the appropriate amount of time to cleanse your system of CO2 afterwards, Freediving trainer will aid you in your lung capacity training, and will give you statistics on how long you have been training in a session, and compares the results against your all-time high.
Freediving trainer uses a friendly, color coded timer which will help you visualize your goals and accomplishments. The timer will be red when your time is below the session best time, blue when you have passed the session best time and green when you have beaten your all-time high.
How to use the app:
1. Sit or lie down to avoid injury if you lose consciousness.
2. Take three deep breaths. The third one you must hold as long as you can. Start the timer when taking the third breath.
3. Stop the timer when you cannot hold you breath any longer.
4. Rest the indicated amount of time before repeating.
Remember: Freediving trainer is just a tool for aiding your lung capacity training. It does not offer any guarantee for how long you are able to stay under water or hold your breath. Always listen to your body signals, and rely only on them when determining when it is time to catch your breath!
